The hiking-specific Basin Backpack isn't for fair-weather explorers. It's rugged, durable and ready for whatever nature throws at you. It features a light but hardy ripstop fabric and reinforced bottom, both of which can take a bit of a beating. The padded hip belt, shoulder straps and back, as well as a sternum strap, ensure all-day carrying comfort. But the pièce de résistance is the integrated rain cover. Pull it out from the bottom of the pack and you've secured instant water protection. Because, let's be honest, nine times out of ten we forget to pack the rain cover.
